FR4 is a fire rated electrical-quality, dielectric fiberglass laminate epoxy resin system mixed with a glass fabric substrate.
The abbreviation “FR4” implies: F (for flame) and R (for retardant).
FR4 grades content offer superb chemical resistance, flame rankings (UL94-VO) and electrical properties below dry and humid circumstances. FR4 also features substantial flexural, influence, excellent mechanical power and bond energy at temperatures up to 130°C. 

G10 materials is a composite materials created of glass fabric and epoxy resin. It was produced as an aircraft content when it was invented, it can face up to wonderful strength. G-ten is not permeable with water and liquid, and it has the characteristics of insulation, anti-acid and alkali, and the fat is light. 
A constant woven glass cloth laminated with an epoxy resin. This grade is extremely high in mechanical energy, has low drinking water absorption and dissipation aspects and has outstanding electrical attributes, which are exhibited above a wide assortment of temperatures and humidities.
